How It Works
​Vendors are accepted on an annual membership basis. Once you’re approved, you’ll be part of the Locally Fair family for a full year, with opportunities to participate in every fair we host.
The process is simple:

Apply Online – Fill out the vendor application form.

Review – Our team reviews your business to ensure it fits our fair’s mission and standards.

Short Meeting – Selected applicants will be invited to a quick 30-minute meeting with our team.

Membership Registration – Approved vendors will receive the final membership form to secure their place

Fees: Vendors are charged per event they choose to attend — flexible participation, but always within our annual vendor community.
