Locally Fair – Code of Conduct

At Locally Fair, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for vendors, sponsors, and visitors. By participating in our fairs, you agree to uphold the following standards:

1. Respect & Professionalism

• Treat all vendors, visitors, staff, and venue partners with courtesy and respect.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

• Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Honesty & Integrity

• Display accurate pricing and product information.

• Sell only products that are approved and listed in your vendor application.

• Follow all licensing, safety, and food-handling regulations where applicable.

3. Community Commitment

• Support fellow vendors and contribute to a collaborative, community-driven marketplace.

• Refrain from negative talk or actions that could harm the reputation of other vendors, Locally Fair, or our partners.

• Encourage shoppers to explore the fair as a whole, not just individual booths.

4. Fair Participation

• Arrive on time and set up/tear down within the hours provided.

• Keep your booth clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the event.

• Be responsible for your own equipment, products, and personal belongings.

5. Compliance with Rules & Venues

• Respect the policies of each venue partner (malls, hotels, wineries, recreation centers, etc.).

• Follow all health, fire, and safety guidelines.

• No unauthorized distribution of flyers or materials outside your assigned booth space.

6. Sustainability & Responsibility

• Dispose of waste properly and leave your space as you found it.

• Whenever possible, use eco-friendly packaging and materials to reduce environmental impact.

7. Consequences for Violations

• Vendors who fail to comply with this Code of Conduct may receive a warning, suspension, or removal from Locally Fair events without refund.
